Golf Tip For Week – How to Practise “Feel”

(1). When practicing or at the range find a target about 1 meter or 3-4 feet apart. Use varying distances for each session. This is the markings where you need the ball to land in order to reach the hole.

(2). Line up 15-20 balls then try to chip each of the balls to land within the space between the chosen target.

(3). Try practicing this drill with different clubs, again this allows you to feel how the ball will rise and roll.

Note: This practice drill helps you to visualise where the ball will land & is a great drill for improving that all important “feel”.
